It has been our pleasure to serve Florida colleges, universities and other educational facilities for the past two and a half decades as their construction manager of choice. From constructing the spacious College of Medicine Building at Florida State to renovating the historic Jones Hall on FAMU’s campus, LLT has delivered high quality projects that exceed the owner’s expectations every time.

Owner satisfaction notwithstanding, LLT holds the two highest ratings ever given to a construction manager by the Facilities Design and Construction Department at FSU. These ratings were awarded for the Jim King Life Sciences Teaching and Research Center and the renovation of Landis Hall.  LLT also was awarded the Advanced Builders and Contractors’ Association “Project of the Year” Award for the work performed on FSU’s Ruby Diamond as well as an Eagle Award for its transformation of Jones Hall.
